Myrrh Extract for nutraceutical formulations with effective antiseptic and analgesic properties
UltraMir is a natural complex with myrrh extract, available in oily or hydroglyceric formulation, with a systemic anaesthetic or local analgesic effect, as well as numerous antibacterial properties.
Myrrh (Commiphora molmol) is a natural, aromatic gum resin secreted from the bark of a bush in the Burseraceae family, which grows naturally in several regions, including Somalia. The sesquiterpenes present in myrrh have an extremely powerful local analgesic effect, as well as a strong antimicrobial action towards some bacteria and fungi including Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Pseudomonas Auriginosa and Candida Albicans.
Alesco has selected and adopted an innovative extraction method which, starting from the raw material gum resin, obtains a product with a high content of sesquiterpenes, which have a local analgesic action (AST).
From this process come UltraMir Hydro and UltraMir Oil, two innovative and completely natural products with myrrh extracts, with antibacterial and analgesic properties, designed for all kinds of nutraceutical applications.
